Refund Policy

We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer returns within 7 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Because all SnapyBiz products are digital and delivered instantly for download, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or buyer’s remorse. Once a purchase is completed and download access is provided, the sale is final. Exceptions: we will issue a full refund if (1) you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, or (2) the files are corrupted or defective and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time. Requests must be sent within 7 days of purchase with your order number and the email used at checkout. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Access to the refunded product(s) and any license to use them ends once a refund is issued.

To return an item, email us at [email protected] with your Order Number and return reason and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.

After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 5 to 7 (business days) days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed.
